As per the instructions of Mr. Rajendra Singh, Police Commissioner, Jodhpur, on 29.04.2024, from 07.00 PM to 11.00 PM, to take action under 185 MV Act against vehicles with black glass, numberless, bumpers and those driving under the influence of alcohol in the Police Commissionerate Jodhpur area. For this, an intensive vehicle checking campaign was conducted. During the intensive vehicle checking blockade campaign in the Police Commissionerate Jodhpur area, challan action was taken against a total of 143 vehicle drivers under the MV Act. In which action was taken against black glass - 43, without number - 12, against vehicles with bumpers - 63 and under 185 MV Act - 25 action was taken against those driving after drinking alcohol. The general public is appealed to follow the traffic rules strictly. Do not put your own life as well as the lives of others at risk. This campaign will continue by Jodhpur Police against drivers violating traffic rules.
